ב) שתכנית הנ"ל תסייע רבות לבסוס והתפתחות כפר חב"ד הן בגו"ר.
ג) נמצא פלוני שרוצה לקחת ע"ע חלק הארי בכל הנ"ל - מובן שצריך לעשות כל הנ"ל ובהוספה.

Since it is upon the committee (of Kfar Chabad) to ensure the foundation and development of Kfar Chabad, both materially and spiritually.
2) That this plan will greatly assist in strengthening and developing Kfar Chabad, both materially and spiritually.
3) If there is someone who wants to take a leading role in all of the above—it is understood that everything mentioned above should be done, and with added effort.
