The secretary, on behalf of the office, and so forth. Since from Yud Shevat until Yud Alef Nissan, the coming—three months:—in total from now and so on, this time should be utilized as much as possible, up to and including 'Ufaratzta' (and you shall spread out), etc.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that the period from Yud Shevat to Yud Alef Nissan is a unique opportunity for growth and accomplishment. One should make every effort to utilize this time fully, striving to expand in all areas of holiness and outreach.
