In response to your letter from Tuesday of Parshas Vayishlach, with the attached note: In such matters, places are not alike—and all the more so, countries are not alike. Therefore, you should turn to local rabbinic authorities who are halachic decisors in your community.
Since everything is by Divine Providence, I have both the duty and privilege to remind you of the great necessity to set aside time every day for studying the inner dimension of Torah (which in our generation has been revealed through Chassidus), as its necessity is explained in many places. (See also wondrous and even awe-inspiring words on this topic in the introduction by Rav Chaim Vital to Shaar HaHakdamot of the Arizal—printed as an introduction in several editions of Etz Chaim.)
