Returning to One's Position Without Provoking Non-Jews

ה'תשל"ב
The Rebbe writes that one should return to their position as before, but must not provoke the non-Jew, as it is not their concern. The focus should be on fulfilling one's duties faithfully and receiving a salary for this, without trying to influence the non-Jew.

As is obvious, he should return—to his position—as before—Shalom u'Vrachah! He should not provoke the non-Jew, for this is not his concern at all.

And he should fulfill his duties faithfully, meaning to fulfill his role for which he receives a salary—and not to have influence over that individual. And it is easy.

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that one should focus on fulfilling their own responsibilities with integrity and avoid unnecessary confrontation or attempts to influence those outside their domain.
