כיון שיסוד מוסד חדש הרי זה דבר הקשור בזמן רב, ומקודם לזה בהסברה רחבה, תקותי חזקה שביחד עם הפצת החוברת עוסק ככל התלוי בו להחדיר הכרח קיום מצוות מעשיות בחיי היום-יום בכל אלה שבאו עמהם במגע, בעל פה ובכתב וכו'. והרי הובטחנו בכל כגון זה

I have just received your pamphlet "Et La'asot LaHashem," which was delivered by you to be sent to me. Thank you for your attention.
May it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed in matters of Judaism in general, and especially in those topics discussed in the pamphlet, and that you continue to increase in this work, as commanded to always ascend in holiness. A commandment in Torah is also an empowerment.
Since this is a newly established foundation, it is something that requires much time and beforehand broad explanation. My strong hope is that along with distributing the pamphlet you are doing all you can to instill the necessity of practical mitzvah observance in daily life among all those with whom you come into contact—both verbally and in writing, etc.
We have been assured regarding anyone who comes to purify (and our master the Alter Rebbe, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch, precisely states: to purify oneself and others) that they are assisted from Above. May it be G‑d's will that you see good fruit from this effort and share good news.
This is especially so as we are coming from the auspicious days of Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz—the redemption of the Previous Rebbe, leader of Israel—whose story during these days is surely known to you.
