מובן שלכל לראש צריך שיהי' הרצון מצד אחיו בענינים שכותב. ובכלל, כל אלה שנוסעים לארגנטינה בתפקיד כלאחיו, הרי זה לזמן מסויים ואחר כך שבים לאה"ק ת"ו, ושם הרי תהי' אצלו כל האפשריות שכותב, ואין הדבר תלוי אלא ברצונו.
והרי גם המקצוע והמשרה שלו עתה גם היא שייכת לד' אמות של תורה ויראה.
התקוה חזקה אשר כ' וגם זוג' שתחי' עושים כל התלוי בהם בהפצת היהדות האמיתית ככל אשר ידם מגעת,
והובטחנו
דברים היוצאים מן הלב נכנסים אל הלב ופועלים פעולתם, בפרט כשמשמשים דוגמא חי' באורח חייהם והנהגתם בחיי היום-יום.
ואין
לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from 4/14, in which you write about... your brother shiy". It is understood that first and foremost, there must be willingness on your brother's part regarding the matters you mention. In general, all those who travel to Argentina on a mission like your brother's do so for a set period and then return to their place, where he will have all the opportunities you describe; it depends only on his will. Furthermore, his current profession and position also pertain to the four cubits of Torah and awe of Heaven.
The strong hope is that you and your wife shetichyeh are doing everything within your power to spread authentic Judaism as much as possible. We have been taught that words coming from the heart enter the heart and have their effect—especially when one serves as a living example through daily conduct and lifestyle. Nothing stands in the way of willpower.
