Together — with the mishloach manot — I send my blessings that, among all Jews, each and every one should have peace and blessing! Light and joy and gladness and preciousness in the literal sense and as it is seen; and in the manner of King David’s request — Elokim chusha li (“G‑d, hasten to help me”)... Havayah al te’acher (“L‑rd, do not delay”).
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that Purim is a time to wish every Jew true peace, joy, and light—both spiritually and materially—and prays for G‑d’s swift assistance in fulfilling these blessings.
