Consult with the administration of the yeshiva where your son studies, and you will find a student from the yeshiva who, for payment, will dedicate his time to learn with your son as a slightly older study partner—this is the common practice in many yeshivas (and there is absolutely no shame in this).

Send your son's name and I will mention it at the Tziyun.
