Director of the Department for Education and Youth, Ramat Gan. Shalom u'Vrachah! In addition to the official acknowledgment of your letter—received after a considerable delay—I would like to take this opportunity to express my strong hope that you are utilizing all your abilities as director of the Department for Education and Youth. Each one is called a son of Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaakov, and a daughter of Sarah, Rivkah, Rachel, and Leah—to encourage and strengthen their daily conduct so they carry their title with pride and justify it, serving as living examples in their environment—not only in their city but wherever they may be.
This is especially significant since we are speaking about youth who have merited to study in our holy land—the Land upon which the eyes of Hashem are from the beginning of the year until its end. Fortunate is the portion of anyone involved in this; whoever adds effort is granted even more from Above.
