ידוע בחינוך שאפילו הטבה הנראית קטנה בשעתה, נכפלת היא פי כמה וכמה, בדוגמת הטבה בגרעין או בשתיל רך שכל טיפול והטבה נעשה אחר כך שלא בערך באילן העושה פירות ופירי פירות.

I received with pleasure your blessings and good wishes in connection with the completion of twenty years since the passing of our teacher, my father-in-law, the Admor, leader of Israel, on Yud Shevat. I also hereby gratefully acknowledge receipt of the photo album.
May it be G‑d's will that from year twenty onward all activities should be in a manner of ever-increasing growth, higher and higher. Fitting to your name—Merkaz L'Inyonei Chinuch—it is well known in education that even an improvement which seems small at its time is multiplied many times over, similar to an improvement in a seed or a tender sapling where every care and enhancement later becomes immeasurably greater in the fruit-bearing tree and its fruits.
May Hashem grant you great success in your holy work and fulfillment of all hopes, especially as the merit of the many supports you.
