With special satisfaction I read about your good conduct in the precise observance of putting on tefillin every day, for one mitzvah brings another mitzvah.
Indeed, every increase in good conduct according to Torah and tradition in the daily life of a public figure is a blessing and inspiration for many. The merit of the many helps you succeed in your role for the benefit of all residents of Kiryat Malachi in general and especially those of Nachalat Har Chabad—for their material and spiritual welfare alike.
