ז"ל, שמגדלין בו תורה ומגדלין בו תפלה, שזוהי נקודת ישיבות אחי תמימים ותומכי תמימים, שלומדים בהן תורה חדורה יראת שמים ותפילה.

ישיבה האמורה – שמסר נפשו על לימוד תורה ביראת שמים.
התקוה חזקה שרוח המסירת נפש של המייסד תשפיע על הלומדים שי' בבית הזה, וכן יהי רצון שרוח המסירת נפש תשפיע גם על התומכים שי' בהישיבה ומשתתפים בבנינה, בתוככי כל עניני הישיבה בראשון לציון, שגם התמיכה תהי' חדורה

To all participants in the dedication of "Beis Chaim Shaul" of Yeshivas Achei Temimim in Rishon LeTzion in our holy land, may it be rebuilt and established by our righteous Moshiach—may Hashem be upon them, may they live.

With pleasure I received the news about the dedication of the house on the 9th of this month, a month whose conclusion and seal is with the days of Chanukah, which also contains an aspect of dedication of the holy house. Every synagogue and study hall (yeshiva) is called a 'miniature sanctuary.' Especially since the work on the Mishkan was completed in Kislev, on its 25th day.
May it be G‑d's will that this house fulfills its purpose to be a great house—as our Sages explain: a place where Torah is increased and prayer is increased. This is the essence of Achei Temimim and Tomchei Temimim yeshivos: Torah study imbued with fear of Heaven and prayer.
Especially since this house is named after the founder of this yeshiva—who gave his life for Torah study with fear of Heaven. There is strong hope that the spirit of mesirus nefesh (self-sacrifice) of the founder will influence those who learn in this house; so too may it be G‑d's will that this spirit influences those who support and participate in building the yeshiva, within all aspects of the yeshiva in Rishon LeTzion—that their support too should be imbued with mesirus nefesh and desire, with joy and gladness of heart.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that a yeshiva's true greatness lies in being a center for Torah study and prayer infused with awe of Heaven. The spirit of self-sacrifice from its founders should inspire both students and supporters to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to its mission.
