ובודאי ככל דבר טוב שדורש המשך ובהוספה, לא רק שימשיכו גם להבא בשיתוף פעולה ועזרה להרחבת המוסדות אלא עוד יוסיפו בזה כהנה וכהנה.

With pleasure I received your letter from Wednesday, Tishrei 4th, and your blessings for the new year. At this opportunity, first of all, I wish to express my heartfelt thanks for your help to the Chabad institutions in your good camp. Certainly, as with every good thing that requires continuation and increase, not only will you continue in the future with cooperation and assistance to expand the institutions, but you will also add even more in this regard.
And although such matters do not require encouragement, and essentially do not require thanks—since "the reward for a mitzvah is the mitzvah itself"—yet our Sages said: "We only encourage those who are already eager," and so I too wish to express my joy in seeing that the heart of Israel is awake.
May it be G‑d's will that each of you as a member of the Kiryat Gat council—and all together—succeed in your role so that Kiryat Gat becomes a faithful city and a mother-city in Israel, in Eretz Yisrael—the land upon which the eyes of Hashem your G‑d are always upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end.
And during these auspicious days between Rosh Hashanah—the day of good inscription—and Yom Kippur—the day of good sealing—I hereby extend my blessing to each one of you, and through you to all the residents of your city with their families: a blessing for sealing and final sealing for a good and sweet year both materially and spiritually together.
