ומובן שגרמה לי שמחה רבה הידיעה שנתקבלו תלמידות חדשות במספר חשוב, ובודאי ישתדלו להגדיל מספר התלמידות כהנה וכהנה, וגודל חשיבות הענין אין צריך ביאור.
ויש עוד להוסיף בזה על פי

הידוע של אדמו"ר הזקן בנוגע לַחודש אלול, אשר על ידי שמקבלים עוד תלמידה ועוד תלמידה מתרבה מספר המקבלים פני המלך בשדה באופן נעלה ביותר. שהרי מובן שאף שנמצאים בשדה, כמה אופני קבלת פנים אפשריים וכו', ואצל מלך מלכי המלכים הקב"ה חשוב כל אחד ואחת חשיבה נעלית ביותר. ואשרי זכותם של כל המשתדלים בזה. ומזה מובן גם כן שכל השתדלות ויגיעה כדאיות הן.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
The administration of the Beis Rivkah Teachers' Seminary in Kfar Chabad — may Hashem be upon them for life — Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the bright day of Chai Elul. Naturally, it brought me great joy to hear that a significant number of new students have been accepted. Certainly, you will strive to further increase the number of students even more, and the great importance of this matter needs no explanation.
There is yet more to add based on the well-known parable from Admor HaZaken regarding the month of Elul: by accepting one more student and yet another student, the number of those who greet the King in the field increases in a most elevated manner. For it is understood that even though they are in the field, there are many ways to receive His presence, etc., and before Melech Malchei HaMelachim Hakadosh Baruch Hu (the King of kings, the Holy One blessed be He), each and every individual is considered supremely important. Fortunate is the merit of all those who strive in this.
From this it is also understood that every effort and exertion is worthwhile.
With abundant blessings for success in your sacred work — educating daughters of a holy nation in purity — especially and particularly in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), a land upon which "the eyes of Hashem are upon it from the beginning of the year to its end," and with blessings for a good inscription and sealing for a good and sweet year.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every new student added increases holiness and brings greater merit. Each individual is precious before G‑d; therefore, every effort in education is valuable and brings blessing—especially when done in Eretz Yisrael.
