I acknowledge receipt of your letter in which you requested a blessing from the day of 11 Iyar, and at an auspicious time it will be read at the resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
And since we have been assured "Yagata u'Matzata" (If you toil, you will find), let him study diligently and persistently both Nigleh (revealed Torah) and Chassidus, until it reaches the level that Torah itself calls 'toil,' and this study will lead to practical fulfillment of mitzvos with excellence. Then the assurance—'and you will find'—will be fulfilled.

Regarding your future place of study—it is self-understood that it should be in a yeshiva where only Torah subjects are studied. In this matter, consult with the administration of the Chabad yeshiva—Toras Emes—in Jerusalem.
