ותקותי אשר בעתיד הקרוב יהי' שני רק בזמן, אבל אחיד יהי' עם כפר חב"ד הקיים זה עשרים שנה. ויתרה מזו, שבמשך הזמן יקום עוד כפר ג', ד' כו' ובאופן – שכולם יחד יהיו

אחת ברוח אחד.
וכמדובר כמה פעמים, שאף על פי שכסגנון חכמינו ז"ל,
מגדולתו
של הקב"ה שאין פרצופי בני אדם שוים ואין דיעותיהם שוות –
דורש
השם יתברך יוצר האדם קירוב הלבבות של כל עמנו בני ישראל, ועד לאיחודם –

ויהי רצון אשר כשם שזכינו להנחת אבן פינה לכפר חב"ד ב' כן בקרוב נזכה לגמר בנין כפר חב"ד זה ושכלולו ואיכלוסו המלא בגו"ר גם יחד, ולאחרי זה – ובתכיפות – לכפר חב"ד ג', ד' כו' – כולם מבוססים

To the honored participants in the celebration of laying the foundation stone for Kfar Chabad Bet – in our holy land may it be built and established speedily in our days by our righteous Moshiach – may Hashem be upon them for life. Shalom u'Vrachah!
With great joy I received the news about the laying of the foundation stone for Kfar Chabad Bet – on the upcoming 11th of Nissan, which comes to us and all Israel for life, goodness, and peace.
My hope is that in the near future it will be second only in time but unified with the existing Kfar Chabad that has stood for twenty years. Moreover, over time there will arise a third, fourth Kfar Chabad etc., in such a way that all together they will form one unit with one spirit.
As has been discussed many times: although, as our Sages say, from G‑d's greatness no two people are alike in face or opinion – nevertheless Hashem, Creator of man, demands closeness of hearts among all our people Israel and even their unity – ein groyse idishe harts (a great Jewish heart) – and true and lasting unity among those who are different and separate is only possible through unified living founded on Toras Chaim (the Torah of Life), Toras Elokim Chaim (the Torah of the living G‑d), for we all have one Torah given by one G‑d; through this Israel becomes "one nation in the land."
May it be His will that just as we merited to lay the foundation stone for Kfar Chabad Bet so too we soon merit its complete construction and full settlement together with its surroundings; and after this – promptly – to Kfar Chabad Gimel, Dalet etc., all established according to the will of the founder of the first Kfar Chabad, he being k"moh ch"admor (the Rebbe), based on triple love: love of Hashem, love of Torah, and love of Israel. True love brings closeness and unity – ahavah (love) has the same gematria as echad (one) – and from these Kfar Chabads will spread forth the wellsprings of Divrei Elokim Chaim (words of the living G‑d) outward; along with them they will bring this spirit of love mentioned above. It will be revealed everywhere they reach that Yisrael Oraita v'Kudsha Brich Hu – hidden and revealed – are all one.
And from building this Kfar Chabad toward fulfilling what was promised through David King of Israel (and may it be fulfilled very soon): "Yakom Elokim yafutzu oyvav v'yanusu mesanav mipanav" (May G‑d arise; His enemies scatter; His haters flee before Him) – are there enemies before He Who spoke and created the world? Rather these are Israel's enemies – and He will save Zion and build Judah's cities; they shall dwell there and possess them.
