In response to your letter from 9/19: You should have all the mezuzos as well as the tefillin in your home checked to ensure they are all kosher according to halachah—except for those that have been checked within the last twelve months.
At an auspicious time, I will mention you at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
