בהמשך להידוע לכ' מכבר על דבר עבודת פעילי המחנה התורתי באה"ק ת"ו, והצלת אחינו בני ישראל מהמסיון וכולי, ומתאים
למכתב
הרמב"[ן] הידוע אשר כל המקודש מחברו וכו', אין פלא שהמצב אצלם באמצעי כסף דחוק מאד מאד, ובודאי גם זה ידוע למר.
ובהתאם לגודל הדוחק בזה סיפר לי הרב צבי שי' וינמן, שביקר את מר בראָנפמן שי' במונטרעאַל, וענהו שיבוא לעזרתם בסכום חשוב ובלבד אשר כבודו יסכים על זה. ובביקורו של מר בראָנפמן באה"ק ת"ו (לערך בחצי חודש תמוז) יבוא בקשר עם כ' בזה.
ואף שבודאי גם בלי מכתבי יעשה כ' את התלוי בו בשביל שתתגשם עזרת מר בראָנפמן לפעולות הכי נעלות האמורות, לא נצרך אלא להעדפה בגודל הסכום, שבטח גם בזה השפעה גדולה לכ' על מר בראָנפמן. והרי אין צריך להאריך לדכוותי' בגודל הדבר וערכו.
כמובן אתענין ביותר לדעת ההמשך בהענינים אודותם דיבר עמי כ' בביקורו בניו-יאָרק, ובפרט שהמצב מאז ועד עתה לא נעשה שקט יותר אלא אדרבה.
ויהי רצון אשר חודש הרביעי הזה יהי' חודש של ששון ושמחה בקיום יעוד הגאולה האמתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו בקרוב ממש.

In continuation to what you already know regarding the work of the activists of the Torah camp in Montreal, and the rescue of our fellow Jews from missionary activity, etc., and in line with the well-known letter of the Ramban that "whoever is more sanctified than his fellow...", it is no wonder that their financial situation is extremely strained, which you surely also know.
Accordingly, due to this great hardship, Rabbi Tzvi Weinman told me that he visited Mr. Bronfman in Montreal, who replied that he would come to their aid with a significant sum—provided you agree to it. During Mr. Bronfman's visit to Montreal (around mid-Tammuz), he will be in contact with you about this matter.
And although certainly even without my letter you will do what depends on you so that Mr. Bronfman's assistance for these most elevated activities will materialize, my letter is only meant to encourage an increase in the amount, as surely your influence on Mr. Bronfman is also great in this regard.
There is no need to elaborate for you on the greatness and value of this matter.
Of course, I am very interested to know about further developments regarding the matters you discussed with me during your visit to New York, especially since the situation has not become calmer since then but rather the opposite.
May it be G‑d's will that this fourth month will be a month of joy and gladness through the fulfillment of the promise of true and complete redemption by our righteous Moshiach very soon.
