נוסף על הבעת תודתי בעת התועדות דפורים בעד תשורתו ספר תשובה שלמה, ב' חלקים, רצוני למסור גם בכתב מקורת רוחי להתראות אתו בעת ההתועדות, וגם לכפול תודתי בעד תשורתו, ס' שו"ת הנ"ל.
תקותי אשר כ' ואחיו שי' נמנים בין אלו שיש להם קביעת עתים בתורה בכלל, ובספרים אלו ביחוד. ובפרט שספרי הלכה הם העוסקים בענינים הנוגעים למעשה בפועל, וכבר אמרו חכמינו ז"ל גדול למוד שמביא לידי מעשה. ובודאי מקיימים גם כלל גדול מצות ואהבת לרעך כמוך בהשפעה כל אחד בסביבתו, שהרי כל מי שיש לו השפעה על רבים אחריות הרבים עליו וזכות הרבים תלוי בו.

In addition to expressing my thanks during the Purim farbrengen for your gift of the sefer Teshuvah Shleimah, two volumes, I also wish to convey in writing my pleasure at seeing you at the gathering and to again thank you for your gift of the aforementioned responsa sefer.
I hope that you and your brother are among those who set fixed times for Torah study in general and especially with these books. In particular, since books of halachah deal with matters relevant to practical action—as our Sages said: "Great is study that leads to action."
Certainly you also fulfill the great principle of the mitzvah "And you shall love your fellow as yourself" by positively influencing everyone in your environment. For anyone who has influence over many bears responsibility for them and their merit depends on him.
