שלום וברכה!
בנועם קבלתי מכתבו מיום י"ד כסלו ונהניתי לקרא בו ע"ד הצלחת הערב לחסידות חב"ד שנערך במחנו. וכמו כל ענין של תורה שאמרו חכמינו ז"ל לא המדרש עיקר אלא המעשה, תקותי שההתעוררות שיצאה מערב חב"ד זה תהי' ממשית ועד לענינים מעשיים על פי הוראת תורת חב"ד ושיטתה הדורשת "ובכן" ותכלית והמשכת כל ענין טוב מעולם המחשבה והדיבור לעולם המעשה בפועל ממש.
לכתבו על דבר הקמת ישיבה מקצועית במחנו, מובן שהוא ענין שצריך לפנות אודותיו לעסקני אנ"ש באה"ק ת"ו, ובפרט שכפי הידיעות כאן כמה ישיבות נמצאות בבאר שבע, עיר האבות, ואולי אינם מהסוג אודותיו כותב.
כיון שרואני שכ' הוא יו"ר המועצה הדתית, והרי הכל הוא בהשגחה פרטית ואין הקב"ה בא בטרוניא עם בריותיו, שלכן בודאי שיחד עם מינויו ניתנו לו הכוחות והיכולת למלא תפקידו ככל הדרוש - אביעה תקותי שמנצלם במילואם בכל הענינים הדתיים בבאר שבע, והובטחנו הבא לטהר (ועל פי דיוק אדמו"ר הזקן בעל התניא והשו"ע שבכ"ד לחודש זה תמלאינה ג' יובלות להסתלקות-הילולא שלו - גם לטהר אחרים) מסייעין אותו, נוסף על זכות הרבים שמסייעתו.

It was pleasant to receive your letter from the 14th of Kislev, and I enjoyed reading about the success of the Chabad Chassidus evening held in your camp. As with every matter of Torah—about which our Sages said: "Not study is the main thing but action"—I hope that the inspiration from this Chabad evening will become tangible and lead to practical matters according to the teachings of Chabad and its approach, which demands 'therefore' (practical application) and purpose: drawing every good matter from the world of thought and speech into actual deed.
Regarding your writing about establishing a vocational yeshiva in your camp: it is understood that this is something you should address to the activists among Anash in Eretz Yisrael, especially since, according to information here, there are already several yeshivas in Be'er Sheva—the city of our forefathers—though perhaps not of the type you mention.
Since I see that you are chairman of the religious council—and everything is by Divine Providence, and the Holy One does not make unreasonable demands on His creations—it is certain that together with your appointment you were given the strength and ability to fulfill your role as required. Therefore, I express my hope that you will utilize them fully in all religious matters in Be'er Sheva. We have been assured: "One who comes to purify" (and according to the precise explanation of Admor HaZaken, author of Tanya and Shulchan Aruch—whose yahrzeit will be three jubilees on the 24th of this month—also means one who purifies others), he is assisted; in addition to the merit of the many that helps him.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that inspiration must lead to concrete action and encourages using one's position for communal spiritual growth. Divine Providence grants each person unique abilities for their mission; when one seeks to uplift others, they receive special assistance from Above.
