וכל המברך יתברך וכמ"ש ואברכה מברכיך, ובתוספתו של הקב"ה שהיא מרובה על העיקר.

ולקראת חג המצות, זמן חירותנו, הבא עלינו ועל כל ישראל לטובה, הנני בזה להביע ברכתי לחג כשר ושמח ולחירות אמתית, חירות מדאגות בגשם ומדאגות ברוח - מכל דבר המעכב עבודת ה' בשמחה ובטוב לבב.
ולהמשיך מחירות ושמחה זו בימי כל השנה כולה.
ובפרט שעבודת השם, כמצווה עלינו בתורתנו תורת חיים, הרי היא בכל עניני האדם ובמשך כל היום וכל הלילה, וכמו שנאמר בכל דרכיך דעהו.

It is with pleasure that I acknowledge receipt of your telegram and thank you very much for the wishes and blessings for my birthday. May everyone who blesses be blessed, as it is written: 'Va'avarecha Mevarechecha' ("I will bless those who bless you"), and with the addition from the Holy One Blessed Be He—which is greater than the principal blessing. See also the discourse beginning 'Amar Rabbi Elazar ben Azariah' (at the start of Sefer HaMaamarim 5629 by the Rebbe Maharash).
As we approach the Festival of Matzos—our time of freedom—which is coming upon us and all Israel for good, I hereby express my blessing for a kosher and joyous holiday and for true freedom: freedom from material worries and from spiritual worries—from anything that hinders serving Hashem with joy and gladness of heart.
May this freedom and joy be drawn into all the days of the entire year. Especially since serving Hashem, as commanded in our Torah—the Torah of Life—is in all aspects of a person’s life and throughout every day and night, as it is said: 'Bechol Derachecha Da'eihu' ("In all your ways know Him").
