שלום וברכה!
על יסוד רושם שיחתנו, שתקותי ששמור גם בזכרונו, הנני לאחל לו פורים שמח, ויחד עם זה להביע תקותי שתהיינה תוצאות ממשיות משיחתנו, וכפתגם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נבג"מ זי"ע שכאשר שני יהודים נפגשים צריך שתצא מזה טובה גם לשלישי.
וברוח ימי הפורים האלה, שאז הי' ונהפוך הוא וכל המניעות והעיכובים לא רק שנתבטלו אלא אדרבה נהפכו לענינים חיוביים, עד שליהודים היתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר בכל המובנים, יהי רצון שיהי' כן בעניני כל אחד ואחד מאתנו בתוככי כלל ישראל.
וינעם לי להתבשר טוב.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Based on the impression from our conversation—which I hope you also remember—I wish you a happy Purim. Along with this, I express my hope that there will be tangible results from our discussion, as is the saying of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe n.b.g.m. z.y.a., that when two Jews meet there should result good for a third.
And in the spirit of these days of Purim—when "VeNahafoch Hu" (the opposite occurred) and all obstacles and hindrances were not only nullified but actually transformed into positive matters—so much so that "LaYehudim Hayta Ora v'Simcha v'Sasson v'Yikar" (for the Jews there was light and gladness and joy and honor) in every sense—may it be G‑d's will that it be so in all matters concerning each of us within the entire Jewish people.
I would be pleased to hear good news.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that every encounter between Jews should yield benefit for others as well. Especially during Purim—a time when negativity is transformed into blessing—we are encouraged to seek positive outcomes from our interactions and spread joy throughout the community.
