Shalom u'Vrachah!
... At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place.
You wrote regarding the trait of anger—see Iggeres HaTeshuvah chapter 2 and Iggeres HaKodesh section 25—and among the suggestions is to firmly resolve that when you become angry, you will restrain yourself from speaking for at least a few minutes. It is clearly observed that by doing so, the anger dissipates.
You wrote regarding Ahavas Yisrael, etc.—let him be well-versed (at least in content) in the discourse in Sefer HaMitzvos of the tzt"z on the mitzvah of Ahavas Yisrael. He should review it from time to time according to his soul's needs.
With blessing for good news.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that controlling anger can be achieved by pausing before speaking and that regularly studying discourses on Ahavas Yisrael helps foster love for fellow Jews.
