Knowing your efforts regarding the publication of the Alter Rebbe's discourses, I asked Rabbi Ephraim Wolf to deliver to me the edits from the discourse recently published.
I am enclosing a copy of my letter to Mr. Steinman (regarding the honor event) in which I requested that it be sent to you, knowing that he is chairman of the committee; surely it was received in due time.
It is being sent to you without a cover letter because I did not want to delay.
