ובקשר לפ"כ הנ"ל, הרי יש לקחת מהסכומים שנתקבלו חזרה מהסוכנות
ומשוריינים להשיכון - אלף וחמש מאות לירות לשלם לועד הכפר חב"ד מה ששילם בעד הבתים בכפר הישן, באם כפי השמוער מהפ"כ הוציאו ממון זה בשביל שיהי' השטח בטוח להשיכון.
ויהי רצון שסו"ס תתחל הזזה ממשית בענין זה בפועל, וכמו שדברתי ג"כ עם מר יונה שי' כסא, איך שתמוה הדבר להעיכוב בזה זה כו"כ חדשים. ויהי ררצון שאתבשר טוב בזה ובכל שאר הענינים עליהם כותבים בפ"כ זה ובהקודמים.

We acknowledge receipt of the protocol from the meetings on Friday, the 14th and 27th of Tammuz, and it is surprising that until now there has been no response to my previous letters.
Regarding the above protocol, funds that were returned from the Agency and earmarked for housing—one thousand five hundred lira—should be used to pay the Kfar Chabad committee for what they paid for houses in the old village, if as reported in the protocol they spent this money so that the area would be secured for housing.
May it be G‑d's will that there will finally be real progress in this matter in practice, as I also discussed with Mr. Yonah Kisah; it is astonishing that this has been delayed for so many months.
May it be G‑d's will that I receive good news about this and all other matters written about in this protocol and previous ones.
