לפלא שאינו מזכיר במכתבו אודות הכנות מתאימות לימי חג הגאולה י"ב וי"ג תמוז הבע"ל, ובפרט אשר השנה היא תקופת השלשים שנה מאז הגאולה בפעם הראשונה, ורצוני לקוות שבהנוגע לפועל לא יחסר המזג, ואחכה לבשו"ט ומפורטות.

Regarding what you wrote about your efforts to receive compensation, many have done so and succeeded. May it be His will that you use all matters of livelihood only for healthy and joyful things.
It is surprising that you did not mention in your letter anything about appropriate preparations for the upcoming days of the Festival of Redemption, Yud Beis and Yud Gimmel Tammuz, especially as this year marks thirty years since the first redemption. I hope that in practice nothing will be lacking in this regard, and I await good news with details.
At an auspicious time I will mention your son at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—according to the content of your letter.
