In response to your letters from the 16th of Kislev and those before it. I am pleased that you have begun to be present at the gatherings, and surely you will continue this practice in the future and write afterwards in detail; the more detailed, the better.

Regarding what you write about resignations—that this one resigns and that one resigns, etc.—it was necessary to explain to those resigning that there is no reason to throw oneself into work with my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal. Because ultimately, one can accept a resignation, and then G‑d forbid one remains outside.

It was also necessary once and for all to make clear that those who resign internally are also considered resigned externally, and they have no permission to speak on behalf of the institutions and matters as if they were still in their previous position after resigning.
