במענה על מכתבו המהיר ממוצש"ק שמות, נהניתי לקרות בו שנכנס יותר בעבודת הרשת של מוסדות על שם כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא ישראל, שבודאי ירחיב עי"ז הצנור והכלים להצלחה בעבודת הקדש זו גופא, ולהצלחה בענינים הפרטים שלו ושל כל ב"ב - שיחיו.
לפלא שאינו מזכיר שעוד מאנ"ש מסייעים בידי הנהלת הרשת מזמן לזמן באופן המתאים. ותקותי שכשיעוררו את אלו אנ"ש המתאימים לזה - יסייעו בזה עוד יותר.
ענין המסעדה בקשר עם הבי"ס בו לומדים, לדעתי חשוב הוא במאד. וכיון שכפי שכותב הנה נצרך לזה לפ"ע, 200 לירות. תקותי שבטח יפעלו זה אצל המשרדים המתאימים שיתנו להם. ועכ"פ נשלחו איזה סקריפ בתור השתתפות בהנ"ל וכן בהוצאות הקשורות באסיפת התלמידים ביום ההילולא יו"ד שבט, אלא מפני שלא לחלק בין בי"ס אחד לחבירו - מכאן - וכן שלא לשנות הסדרים הנה נשלחו הסקריפ להרה"ח הר"ד שי' חנזין.
תקותי שמתעסקים להרחיב גבולם בתלמידים-ות במרץ המתאים, והשי"ת יצליחם.
מ"ש שישנה הצעה שאיזה שעות ביום יעבוד בהנוגע לדפוס ואותיות דפוס, לא נראה הדבר בעיני, כי מלבד שיחסר בזמן, הנה העיקר יחסר בהתרכזותו ובמסירתו לעבודת הרשת במקצועות השונים, פיזור הנפש ע"י עבודה במקצוע אחר. ומתאים למ"ש מכבר אודות השער שלו, הן בדרך מלמעלמ"ט והן בדרך מלמטלמ"ע, הנה לדעתי יקדיש כל זמנו לעניני הרשת. ומובטח כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בעל הרשת לשלם שכרו כ"פ ככה...

In response to your prompt letter from Motzaei Shabbat Shemot, I was pleased to read that you have become more involved in the work of the network of institutions named after my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, leader of Israel. Certainly, this will broaden the channel and vessels for success in this very holy work and for success in your personal matters and those of your entire family—may they live.
It is surprising that you do not mention that other Anash also assist the network administration from time to time as appropriate. I hope that when those suitable Anash are encouraged regarding this—they will help even more.
The matter of the restaurant connected with the school where they study is, in my opinion, very important. And since you write that there is a need for it at present—200 lira—I hope that certainly this will be achieved through the appropriate offices who will provide it. In any case, some scrips were sent as participation in this as well as for expenses related to the students' gathering on Yud Shevat—the yahrzeit—except that so as not to differentiate between one school and another—from here—and also not to change established procedures—the scrips were sent to Harav Hachassid Reb Dovid Chanzin.
I hope you are working energetically to expand your boundaries with students (male and female), and may Hashem grant you success.
Regarding what you wrote about a proposal for you to work certain hours a day in printing or typesetting: This does not seem proper to me because aside from losing time, mainly it would detract from your focus and devotion to the network's work in its various fields—scattering one's mind by working in another profession. In line with what was previously written about your gate (both from above downward and below upward), I think you should dedicate all your time to matters of the network. My revered father-in-law, owner of the network, assures that he will pay your wages manifold times over...
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that full dedication to holy communal work brings both spiritual and material blessing. Dividing one's focus can diminish effectiveness; instead, one should trust that investing all efforts into such missions will yield abundant reward and success.
