ביום ההילולא אזלינן מיני' עשירי בשבט גדול ביותר זכות בעל ההילולא צדיק עליון להמשיך ישועות ברכות והצלחות לכל המתעסק[ים] במוסדותיו. בטח יתועדו לעורר רבים לתומ"צ לחזק מוסדותיו ותקנותיו להתקשר באילנא דחיי ולהתברך בכל המצטרך בגשם וברוח.
נדפסה בסה"מ באתי לגני ח"א ע' שעא, והוא נוסח המברק ששלח כ"ק אדמור, שליט"א לכללות אנ"ש במרחבי תבל.
Shalom u'Vrachah! On Yud Shevat 5711, on the day of the hilula, we draw from it—the tenth of Shevat—a very great merit: the merit of the one whose yahrzeit it is, a supreme tzaddik, to bring salvations, blessings, and success to all those involved in his institutions.
Certainly you will make efforts to inspire many towards Torah and mitzvos, to strengthen his institutions and enactments, to connect with the Tree of Life, and to be blessed with everything needed both materially and spiritually.

Summary
The Rebbe writes that on Yud Shevat, through connecting with the tzaddik and supporting his work, one draws down abundant blessings—both physical and spiritual—by strengthening Torah observance and attachment to holiness.
