נהניתי מה ששומר מה שהורהו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ בחזרת מאמרים. ומה טוב לספר לפני השומעים לאחר החזרה או לפני', לפי תנאי המקום, קטע משיחת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר הכ"מ, המתאים לפי הזמן, פרשת השבוע, וכיו"ב.
בטח כשאין מתפללים בצבור - שומעים עכ"פ קדיש ברכו וקדושה.
מה שכותב אשר בעש"ק אין לומדים כלל, - איני מבין כלל. ואולי כוונתו שאין לומדים בכתה.
ומה ששואל בענין תקון - הנה, לפענ"ד, יוסיף אומץ בעסק חנוך הנוער, ויסיח דעתו, לע"ע, מכל הענין רוצה לתקנו, שישתדל שלא לחשוב עד"ז כלל.

In response to your letter: I am pleased that you are keeping what was instructed to you by my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, regarding reviewing maamarim. It is also good to tell the listeners, after or before the review—depending on the circumstances—a passage from a sichah of my father-in-law, the Rebbe hk"m, that is relevant to the time, the weekly parsha, or similar.
Certainly when there is no communal prayer—at least they hear Kaddish, Barechu, and Kedushah.
Regarding your statement that on Erev Shabbos there is no learning at all—I do not understand this at all. Perhaps you mean there is no classroom learning.
As for your question about correction—in my opinion, increase your efforts in youth education and divert your attention for now from everything you want to correct; try not to think about it at all.
