I saw with our friend Harav Moshe Pinchas Katz several letters from you in which you mention a diary and notes from all periods about the Rebbe Rayatz Shlita from the end of 5659 until his journey here. I would greatly appreciate it if you could send me a copy of these. It is possible that this will also be a merit for the public if there are matters among them that I can eventually include in printed works.

If the notes are not complete, it is very important to complete them. The Rebbe has already emphasized many times the great benefit found in records of memories from earlier days—even from years that were peaceful—and especially regarding significant events and formative days.

In hope that you will fulfill my request, and with blessings for immediate teshuvah and immediate redemption,
