Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your letter from the 14th of Menachem Av, in which you write about your study of Chassidus. My strong hope is that not only are you continuing in this, but also increasing from time to time, as our Sages instruct us to always ascend in holiness. The command of a sage indicates that it is possible to fulfill it through the mitzvah.
Regarding your writing about publishing Chassidic discourses in Lashon HaKodesh and in a style understandable even to youth as you mention—discuss this with Tzeirei Agudas Chabad, whom you apparently know several members of. Especially since their activities include lectures for such youth, surely the style of these lectures matches what you describe.
Concerning your note about your parents' health in connection with their current work at an institution: although in general you are probably correct that the work is hard and they need periodic vacations, nevertheless—certainly people who have become accustomed over decades to work that provides great personal satisfaction would be harmed by stopping it G‑d forbid. Even—as you phrase it—a prolonged vacation, even if it improves physical health itself, would cause emptiness in their spiritual lives. And a person for whom the spiritual aspect is most important will not give it up for material gain. Moreover, material benefit will actually decrease due to lack of spiritual satisfaction.
My strong hope is that your concern for everything regarding your parents is expressed first and foremost by striving to bring them true satisfaction—through daily conduct aligned with the teachings of our Torah of life and fulfillment of its mitzvos about which it is said "and you shall live by them." This is among the most important matters even for strengthening the parents' health in its literal sense—physical health. Nothing stands in the way of willpower.
Regards to your parents and blessings for good news in all the above.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that spiritual fulfillment is vital for wellbeing and encourages both personal growth in learning Chassidus and efforts to share its teachings with youth. He emphasizes honoring parents by bringing them true satisfaction through Torah-aligned daily conduct.
