קומענדיק ערשט פון די טעג פון פסח, וועלכער אונטערשטרייכט און לייגט דעם טראפ אויף דער ערציאונג פון אידישע קינדער און ואס, גלייך באם אנהויב יום טוב, ווערט פראקלאמירט, אז כנגד ארבעה בנים דברה תורה - תורה רעדט און גיט זיך אפ מיט יעדער אידיש קינד, פון דעם בן חכם ביז דעם שאינו יודע לשאול, און
געפינענדיק זיך אין דע טעג פון ספירה, וועלכע דריקן אויס די בענקשאפט און תשוקה פון יעדער אידן צו קבלת התורה והמצוות,
זאל השם יתברך געבן, אז די השפעה פון דע אובענדערמאנטע טעג זאל
אריינברענגען א פארשטארקטען אינטערעס און א נייע אויפלעבונג בא אלע אנטיילנעמער, שטיצער און פריינט פון דעם מוסד חנוך אהלי תורה, אויף דורכצופירן אין לעבן די דערמאנטע אנווייזונגען, און מיט פארגרעסערטע כחות און אויסגעברייטערטער טעטיקייט, שטארקן און אויסברייטערען דעם מוסד חנוך על טהרת הקדש און דערמעגלעכן אים צו ערציען וואס מער תלמידים אין אהבת השם, אהבת התורה און קיום המצוות בהידור.
און דער אויבערשטער וועט זיכער שיקן זיין ברכה, און אויך אין א פאגרעסערטער מאס, יעדן איינעם און איינער, אין אלעס וואס זיי און זייערע בני בית שיחיו נויטיקן זיך, בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

On the occasion of the annual event, I send my greetings and blessing to the esteemed activists, supporters, and friends of the Chinuch Oholei Torah institution, and wish the event great success in every respect.
Coming right after the days of Pesach—which emphasize and highlight the education of Jewish children—and as is proclaimed at the very start of Yom Tov: "Keneged Arba'ah Banim Dibrah Torah" (The Torah speaks about four sons)—the Torah addresses and relates to every Jewish child, from the wise son to the one who does not know how to ask. And being now in these days of Sefirah—which express every Jew's longing and yearning for receiving the Torah and mitzvos—may Hashem grant that the influence of these aforementioned days bring a strengthened interest and renewed vitality among all participants, supporters, and friends of this Chinuch Oholei Torah institution to implement these directives in life. With increased strength and expanded activity may they strengthen and broaden this institution on pure holiness, enabling it to educate even more students in love of Hashem, love of Torah, and meticulous observance of mitzvos.
And surely Hashem will send His blessing—and in an even greater measure—to each and every one, in all that they and their families need, both materially and spiritually together.
