Shalom u'Vrachah!

...In connection with the yahrzeit-hilulah of Kvod Rabbeinu Menachem Mendel Admor, as is known from the famous Iggeres HaKodesh, "Tzaddika d'ispater is found in all worlds more than in his lifetime," and Torah scholars go from strength to strength, so too does the soul of the one whose hilulah it is ascend from level to level. Therefore, all matters connected with him must also be elevated from strength to strength.

And as explained that Israel is "one nation in the land," uniting all matters in the land—physical and spiritual, quantity and quality—so too must this ascent be both in quantity and quality. Begin with activities concerning young children literally—children in years—and extend to activities for those who are 'small' in their qualities.

Enclosed is a passage from words spoken at the opening of the gathering on the day of the hilulah, where I touched upon this point.

...Rabbi Gorodetzky informed me that you are currently vacationing in Tiberias. May it be G‑d's will that you utilize these vacation days fully; since for every active person—and especially for you—vacation is only preparation for increased activity afterward. This is indeed the purpose and success of rest: to renew strength for added activity, as stated in chapter 11 of the hilulah discourse this eleventh year.

Regarding achieving the goal: "He expends all treasures of precious wealth gathered and amassed over many years from generation to generation."
