Shalom u'Vrachah!
... And in accordance with the declaration customary in Lubavitch in earlier times at the conclusion of Simchas Torah — now begins the order: "And Yaakov went on his way." It is almost certain that this declaration also alluded to the completion of the matter: "And angels of G‑d met him" (as our Sages say in Midrash Tanchuma at the end of Parshas Mishpatim, Zohar III 262a; see there).
To illuminate what is stated in Midrash Tanchuma — that regarding the Zohar*, this is revealed Torah, especially considering the connection between Midrash Tanchuma and Midrash Yalkut Yelamdenu (which, as its name implies, is about learning halachos), it is explained that "and angels of G‑d met him" refers to actual angels. In the Zohar, which is the inner dimension of Torah, it refers to the Holy One Blessed be He. Ponder this well.
Blessings for good news in general and in particular.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that after Simchas Torah, we embark on our personal journeys like Yaakov, accompanied by both revealed and inner dimensions of G‑dliness. The encounter with angels or with G‑d Himself depends on our approach to Torah and mitzvos as we return to daily life.
