ויהי רצון שבעמדנו בימי הסליחות והרחמים שרחמים רבים הם ונמשכים עד למטה, כן יצליחו בפעולותיהם אשר הנקודה הפנימית ה"ה לעשות לו ית' דירה בתחתונים, דמטה מטה, וכמבואר בתניא פרק ל"ו שאין תחתון למטה ממנו וכו'.
ויהי רצון שכשמם יהי' הענין ד"אתה" ע"ד הכתוב אתה הוא ה' לבדך וכמו שנתבאר במאמר דשבת העבר, דקאי על עצמותו ומהותו ית' שם שמים שגור בפי כל.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from Erev Shabbat Kodesh, 24 Elul, along with the attached report.
May it be His will that as we stand in the days of Selichos and mercy—which are abundant mercies that extend downwards—so too should you succeed in your activities, whose inner point is to make for Him, may He be blessed, a dwelling place in the lowest realms, truly down below, as explained in Tanya chapter 36 that there is no lower place than this, etc.
May it be His will that just as your name suggests, so too should the matter of "Ata" (You) be fulfilled, as written: Ata Hu Hashem Levadecha ("You alone are Hashem") and as explained in last Shabbat's maamar—that it refers to His very essence and being, may He be blessed—so that Heaven's name is fluent on everyone's lips.
With blessings for success and for a good inscription and sealing for each one of you.
