ולשאלתה האם יש ענין לאמירת מזמורי תהלים מפי אשה. -
מהנכון אשר פעם ביום תתפלל להשם יתברך בורא עולם ומנהיגו, ובאיזה תפלה, תתייעץ עם הרב אשר במקומם, מתאים למצבה וידיעותי'.
ומובן וגם פשוט אשר עיקר הוא שתתנהג בחיי היום יומים מתאים להוראת תורתנו תורת חיים וקיום מצותי' עליהם נאמר וחי בהם.

In response to your letter from the 27th of Sivan.
At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous and holy be a blessing for life in the World to Come), in accordance with the content of your letter. May it be G‑d's will that just as you wrote your request, so too you will share good news in this matter.
Regarding your question whether there is significance in a woman reciting chapters of Tehillim: It is proper that once a day she should pray to Hashem Yisbarach, Creator and Ruler of the world; as for which prayer specifically, she should consult with the rabbi in her community according to her situation and knowledge.
It is understood and obvious that the main thing is to conduct oneself in daily life according to the guidance of our Torah—the Torah of Life—and fulfillment of its mitzvos about which it is said "and you shall live by them."
