יהי רצון שכאמור בהקאפיטל תהלים שמתאים למנהג קדמונים יתחיל לאומרו, יקוים בו בפועל הכתוב הרחב פיך ואמלאהו, בענינים הפרטים ובענינים הכללים אשר בכל אנ"ש יחדיו יהלכו ובפרט לזה שהשגחה עליונה זיכתו והצליחתו להיות משפיע כרב ומרא דאתרא בכפר חב"ד מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל, ויעשה זה מתוך שמחה וטוב לבב, ובלשון הכתוב שם ויאכילהו מחלב חטה ומצור דבש (חטה גליא דתורה ובמילא גליא דעולם, דבש, סתים דתורה ופנימיות דעולם) אשביעך. ויבשר טוב בכל האמור וכנ"ל דוקא מתוך שמחה.
בודאי נתקבל המברק שלי בהנוגע להבנינים והזריזות שבדבר, ובלשון רבנו הזקן באגה"ק סי' א"ך טוב, זריזות נפלאה, והרי בתור מרא דאתרא גם בזה מרות שלו ובודאי ינצלו ככל הדרוש למילוי רצון רבותינו נשיאינו, לבנות בתים בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.
בברכה לשנת הצלחה בכל האמור ולבשו"ט בכל הנ"ל.

במה ששאלוהו שלא מצינו בין שמות התנאים ואמוראים וכו' שמות כל האבות ומשה רבנו וכו' - כבר העירו בזה באיזהו מקומן וביניהם החיד"א (מערכת גדולים ערך רב אברהם גאון ושם ערך רב משה גאון).
נתעכב השילוח ובנתים נתקבל מכתבו שלאחרי הנ"ל, וברובו כבר נענה בהנ"ל.

In response to your letter from Isru Chag Shavuot, the time of the giving of our Torah, and in connection with your birthday: May it be G‑d's will that as stated in the chapter of Tehillim appropriate according to the custom of our ancestors which you should begin to recite, it will be fulfilled for you in actuality as written: 'Harchav Picha Va'amaleihu' ("Open your mouth wide and I will fill it")—in both your personal matters and communal matters. This includes all Anash together and especially regarding the privilege and success Divine Providence has granted you to serve as mashpia (spiritual mentor), Rav, and mara d'asra (community rabbi) in Kfar Chabad—founded and directed by the Rebbe Rayatz, nasi Yisrael. May you do this with joy and a good heart. As written there: 'Vaya'achileihu Mechelev Chitah Umitzur Dvash Ashbi'eka' ("He fed him from the finest wheat and from honey out of the rock I satisfied you")—wheat refers to the revealed part of Torah (and thus also the revealed part of the world), honey refers to the hidden part of Torah and the inner dimension of the world. May you be satiated. And may you share good news in all these matters specifically with joy.
Surely my telegram regarding these matters and the urgency involved has been received. In the words of Rabbeinu HaZaken in Iggeres HaKodesh section "Ach Tov": extraordinary alacrity is needed. As mara d'asra you also have authority here; certainly everything necessary will be done to fulfill the wishes of our Rebbeim—to build homes both materially and spiritually.
Blessings for a year of success in all these matters and for sharing good news in all that was mentioned above.
P.S. Regarding what you were asked—that among the names of Tannaim and Amoraim etc., we do not find all the names of our forefathers or Moshe Rabbeinu etc.—this has already been noted elsewhere including by the Chida (in Maarechet Gedolim under Rav Avraham Gaon and there under Rav Moshe Gaon).
The sending was delayed; meanwhile your subsequent letter was received, most of which has already been answered above.
Regarding your question about a letter of recommendation for Kfar Chabad to inspire donors: there is some doubt about this request since certainly one should recommend him etc., and may there be many like him in Eretz Yisrael speedily through Moshiach Tzidkeinu soon.
