I received your letter from the 23rd; and today, while at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal (may the memory of the righteous be a blessing for life in the World to Come), I mentioned you and your household for blessing according to the content of your letter. May Hashem help that you should share good news in this matter. Especially as we are now at the conclusion and seal of the month of Adar—a month of success for Jews and their affairs—and approaching Nissan and Pesach, the festival of redemption from all things that hinder service of Hashem with joy and gladness of heart.
With blessings for good news and expanded livelihood.
Regarding your question about stocks—in general, I do not approve at all of trading in speculative stocks. In particular cases—one must consult with an expert.
