I was pleased to read in them about your activities in spreading matters of Judaism, and may it be G‑d's will that you continue to increase these efforts more and more and wherever your influence reaches.

Regarding your questions about details related to this: the manner of outreach, etc., it is understood that there can be no fixed rule here, since it depends on the character of the individuals involved, the circumstances of the gathering, etc.—in such cases one should only act according to what he sees with his own eyes. However, we are commanded to conduct ourselves as it is said: "V'teshuah b'rov yoetz" (salvation comes through many counselors). Therefore, even regarding this matter, consult with Tzeirei Agudas Chabad and Eshet HaTorah V'haChassidus (Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim), and certainly you will continue in such a manner, since they have experience in various circles.

At an auspicious time all those you write about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), according to the content of your letter. May it be G‑d's will that you share good news—including regarding the yahrzeit of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—by utilizing this auspicious day for Torah and mitzvos. May its impact be felt throughout the entire year.
