לאחרי הפסק ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מער"ח שבט, וגם בו אינו מבואר סיבת ההפסק בכתיבה. ומה שמצער עוד יותר - ההפסק בפעולות וביחוד בשיתוף הפעולות דאגו"ח וצעירי אגו"ח. ובפרט שכנראה נפסק תומ"י, כיון שמכתבי הראשון במענה על האמור נשאר בלא מענה תוכני, ורק אישור בלבד.
איני יודע אם מקום כאן לבוא באיחולים בענין האמור אבל כיון שנצטוינו ע"י חז"ל בכו"כ מקומות "עד מאה פעמים" ועדיין לא הגעתי גם לצ"ט, הנני כותב עוה"פ - שיהי' רצון שעכ"פ מכאן ולהבא תחול הזזה ממשית ובאופן דהולך ומוסיף.
והרי מכתבו נכתב בער"ח שבט, אשר בעשירי בחדש הוא יום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר נשיא דורנו, יה"ר שיבוא זה בפו"מ ובעגלא דידן.

Shalom u'Vrachah! After a long pause, your letter from before Rosh Chodesh Shevat was received, but even in it, the reason for the break in writing is not explained. What is even more troubling is the interruption in activities, especially in the joint efforts of Aguch and Tzeirei Aguch. It seems this stopped immediately, since my first letter in response to what was mentioned remained without a substantive reply—only an acknowledgment.
I do not know if this is the place to offer wishes regarding this matter, but since our Sages instructed us in many places—"up to one hundred times"—and I have not yet reached ninety-nine, I am writing once again: May it be G‑d's will that at least from now on there will be real movement forward and in an ever-increasing manner.
Your letter was written before Rosh Chodesh Shevat, and on the tenth of the month is the yahrzeit of my revered father-in-law, our generation's leader. May it be His will that this renewal come into actual deed and speedily in our days.
