וואס איר פרעגט, וואס איז דאס געקומען אזא ענדערונג בא אייך אין פארגלייך ווי עס איז געווען פארן קומען אין ארץ ישראל, - בכלל ווערט ארץ ישראל אנגערופן בתורתנו הק' מיטן נאמען ארץ הקדושה, און ווי דער פסוק זאגט, אז עיני ה' אלקיך בה מראשית השנה ועד אחרית שנה, און דעריבער קומענדיק אין דעם הייליקען לאנד, דארפמען צוגעבען אין ענינים פון תורה ומצות, ובקל וחומר ווען מען וויל קומען אין א לאנד, דארפמען א וויזה פון יענער לאנד, און קומענדיק אין לאנד, דארפמען זיך פירען לויט דער פירונג פון יענעם לאנד, חאטש עס איז א אנדער פירונג ווי געוואהנט פריער, אזוי אויך און אין נאך א פיל גרעסערער מאס, אריינקומענדיק אין ארץ ישראל וועלכע רופט זיך פלטין של ממה"מ הקב"ה, און השם יתברך וועלכער איז א רחום וחנון ועצם הטוב, פארלאנגט ער ניט מער פון די כחות, און גיט פערשידענע געלעגנהייטען צו ערפילען זיין פארלאנג. אויב צוליב געוויסע סיבות איז דאס ניט געווען אזוי בא אייך ביז היינט, איז אננעמענדיק א פעסטען באשלוס צו טאן דאס, העלפט השם יתברך צו אויספירן דעם באשלוס, און דעריבער האף איך, אז ווי עס זאל ניט האבען געווען ביז היינט, וועט איר אננעמען גוטע באשלוסן אויף צו-צוגעבען אין ענינים פון תורה ומצות [וואס ווי גוט מ'זאל ניט זיין אין דעם, איז דאך שטענדיג דא נאך ארט אויף צו-צוגעבען] און השם יתברך וועט ערפילען דאס וואס ער שרייבט אין זיין תורה אם בחוקותי תלכו וגו' וועט ער געבען ברכה והצלחה אין דעם אלץ וואס מ'נויטיגט זיך. און לויט ווי מ'שרייבט מיר אז אייער זון שי' לערנט בבי"ס חרדי, האף איך אז איר וועט טאן אויך ווייטער אין דעם גייסט, אז אלע אייערע קינדער זאלן אזוי ערצויגען ווערן וואס דאס וועט זיין א גוטע התחלה אין דעם אויבען געשריבענע ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון.

In response to your letter in which you write about your health condition and the situation in your family, when you write the Jewish names along with the mother's name, you will all be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal, according to the content of your letter.
Regarding your question about what caused such a change in you compared to how it was before coming to Eretz Yisrael—in general, our holy Torah refers to Eretz Yisrael as "the Holy Land," and as the verse says: 'Einei Hashem Elokecha bah meireishit hashanah ve'ad acharit shanah' (the eyes of the L‑rd your G‑d are upon it from the beginning of the year until year's end). Therefore, upon entering this holy land, one must increase matters of Torah and mitzvos. All the more so—when one wishes to enter a country, one needs a visa from that country; upon entering, one must conduct oneself according to its customs—even if they differ from previous habits. So too—and even more so—when entering Eretz Yisrael, which is called 'the palace of the King of kings, Hakadosh Baruch Hu,' and Hashem Yisbarach, Who is merciful and gracious and the essence of goodness, does not demand more than one's abilities and gives various opportunities to fulfill His will.
If for certain reasons this has not been so until now for you—by accepting a firm resolution to do so now, Hashem Yisbarach will help you carry out this resolution. Therefore I hope that whatever may have been until now, you will accept good resolutions to increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos [and no matter how good one may already be in this regard, there is always room for further growth], and Hashem Yisbarach will fulfill what He writes in His Torah: 'Im bechukosai telechu...' (If you walk in My statutes...)—He will grant blessing and success in all that is needed.
And as you write that your son learns in a chareidi school—I hope that you will continue further in this spirit so that all your children will be raised accordingly; this will be a good beginning for what was written above. "Ve'ein lecha davar ha'omed bifnei haratzon" (There is nothing that stands before willpower).
Enclosed is a check from one of my father-in-law's funds; when exchanging it, mix it with your own money—this should bring you success in what you need.
