מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו מי"א מ"ח עם המצורף אליו, ובטוחני חזק אשר כאו"א מאנ"ש הקטנים עם הגדולים יוסיפו כח ועוז לכל עניני מוסדות ליובאוויטש אשר במחנם בכלל ובפרט בהנוגע להמצב הנוכחי בעניני כספים ובאופן דעד כדי השתדלות הנקראת בשם יגיעה ותקוים ההבטחה דיגעת ומצאת, והרי הכרח הוא שיעשו הנ"ל בהנ"ל ככל הדרוש ובסגנון חז"ל כמאן דבעי למהוי, ואין לך דבר העומד בפני הרצון ובפרט כשיתבוננו שזהו טובתם האמיתי גם בעניניהם הפרטים וכמובן מהמבואר בכ"מ ולראש ולראשונה בשיחות רבותינו נשיאנו זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע.
ובפרט שנמצאים אנו השנה בשנת המאתים להסתלקות הילולא של הבעש"ט, אשר תחלת פעולתו בקדש בגלוי הי' בחינוך על טהרת הקדש של ילדים וקטני בני ישראל, והרי הימים האלה (כשהם) נזכרים (ה"ה גם) ונעשים, להצליח בזה.
ומובן שברשותו למסור תוכן האמור או להראות גם המכתב עצמו לכל אנ"ש שי'.
בברכת הצלחה מרובה בעבודה האמורה ולבשו"ט בקרוב ממש.

I hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 11th of Iyar with its enclosure. I am strongly confident that each and every one of Anash, both young and old, will add strength and vigor to all matters concerning the Lubavitch institutions in your community in general, and especially regarding the current financial situation. This should be done with such effort as is called true exertion, fulfilling the assurance "Yagata u'Matzata" ("You have toiled and you have found"). It is essential that these actions are carried out as required, in the manner described by our Sages: "as one who ought to be." Nothing stands in the way of willpower—especially when one reflects that this is truly for their own good even in their personal matters, as is explained in many places and foremostly in the talks of our Rebbeim of blessed memory.
Particularly now that we are in the two-hundredth year since the passing (yahrzeit) of the Baal Shem Tov, whose first revealed holy activity was education in purity for Jewish children—even small children. These days (when they are remembered) are also days when they are actualized, to succeed in this endeavor.
It is understood that you have permission to share or show this letter itself to all Anash.
