In response to your letter from Erev Rosh Chodesh Menachem Av, written by the Rebbetzin Mrs. Feigelstock, in which you write about the plans for the coming weeks, especially regarding a convention.
As it is written, 'uTeshuah b'Rov Yoetz' (and salvation is with much counsel), it would be best if this matter is discussed and decided at a broader gathering of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad—those who know the details which are essential to know regarding a convention. Certainly, a plan will also be developed on how to prepare so that it will be attended properly.
And may Hashem Yisbarach help that the decisions should be made at a good and fortunate time and in the best way to expand the most important activities of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad—both in quantity (more participants) and in quality—and the merit of the many will assist them.
And when one makes an effort in such work with proper preparation, one sees that there are more strengths available and the obstacles are much fewer than one had imagined, as I explained in my general letter for Rosh Hashanah of this year.
Blessings for good news in all the above and for a good beginning for the coming year—to work with tranquility, joy, and gladness of heart.
