In response to your letter from the eve of Rosh HaShanah, and as you requested, this reply is being sent without waiting for your turn. In it you write about the opinions of the expert doctors whom you recently visited regarding medical treatment. Our Torah is a Torah of life—it grants permission to the doctor to heal, which also includes granting strength.
May it be G‑d's will that the surgery will bring about your speedy recovery, and that you will return to your previous health. Together with your husband, may you continue in matters of Torah and its mitzvos—and above all—in educating on the purity of holiness.
With blessings for good news in all the above, and for a sealing and final sealing for good.
