לאחרי הפסק ארוך נתקבל מכתבו מז' אלול, בו כותב ר"פ מפעולותיו במשך שבועות שעברו.
ויהי רצון שבכל הענינים אודותם כותב, יהי' לא רק ביסוס, כי אם גם התפתחות והתרחבות, הן בכמות והן באיכות. ומובן וגם פשוט שהדבר תלוי בהשתדלות והתעסקות בזה, שהרי ידוע פסק דין בית דין של מעלה, אשר בגלל המסירות הנפש הלזו (של רבנו הזקן) על תורת החסידות, פסקו בבי"ד של מעלה, אשר בכל ענין של תורה יראת שמים ומדות טובות, תהי' יד מקושריו והולכי בעקבותיו על העליונה. ובפרט שרואים במוחש באה"ק ת"ו הצלחת מפעלי חב"ד בכל מקום שמתעסקים בהם כדבעי, ז.א. במסירה ונתינה ובדרכי נועם ובדרכי שלום, אף כי בתוקף המתאים. ומובן שהכתוב מופנה לכל חבריו שי' בביה"ס אודותו כותב, בתוככי כללות המתעסקים ומשתדלים בבתי ספר הרשת ומוסדות חב"ד בכלל. ויהי רצון שבהמשך למכתבו זה, תתקבלנה בקרוב ממש ידיעות מפורטות ומשמחות בכל כיוונים האמורים.
בהנוגע למקום עבודתו, בטח יתייעצו ביניהם יחד, וכבר נאמר ותשועה ברוב יועץ.
ומובן שטוב במאד שכותב שנוסע למקום שנתמנה, כי הרי אין אתנו יודע עד מה, וכהוראת כ"ק רבותינו נשיאינו, צריך להתעסק במסירה ונתינה ובודאי שהשי"ת יצליח.
ומובטח רבנו הזקן על הבטחתו, שנעשים מוחו ולבו זכים אלף פעמים ככה, ומובן מהגהות אדמו"ר הצ"צ שהוא אלף פעמים ממש כמבואר בלקו"ת לג' פרשיות, ובזה מענה על סיומו במכתבו שאין לו פנאי וכו'.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
After a long pause, your letter from the 7th of Elul was received, in which you write in detail about your activities over the past weeks. May it be G‑d's will that in all matters you mention there will not only be a solid foundation but also development and expansion, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
It is understood and obvious that this depends on effort and involvement, for it is well known the ruling of the Heavenly Court: because of this self-sacrifice (of our Rebbe the Alter Rebbe) for the teachings of Chassidus, it was decreed Above that in every matter of Torah, fear of Heaven, and good character traits, his followers and those who walk in his path will prevail.
Especially since we see tangibly in Eretz HaKodesh the success of Chabad activities wherever they are conducted properly—that is, with devotion and generosity, pleasantly and peacefully, yet with appropriate firmness.
It is understood that this applies to all your friends at the school you write about—within all those involved and striving in the network schools and Chabad institutions in general.
May it be G‑d's will that following this letter we soon receive detailed and joyful reports regarding all these directions.
Regarding your place of work: surely you will consult together with others; as it is said: "Salvation comes with many counselors."
It is certainly good that you write you are traveling to the place where you were appointed—for none of us knows what lies ahead—and as our holy Rebbeim have instructed: one must act with devotion and generosity; surely Hashem will grant success.
The Alter Rebbe assured that one's mind and heart become refined a thousand times over; as clarified by the glosses of Admor HaTzt"z that it is literally a thousand times over as explained in Likkutei Torah on three parshiyos. This answers your letter's conclusion about lacking time etc.
