לפלא גדול שאינו מזכיר דבר ע"ד פעולתו בהפצת המעינות באה"ק ת"ו, כי תקותי שלדכוותי' אין צורך ביאור ארוך במ"ש מה' מצעדי גבר כוננו ודרכו יחפץ, שאחד הפירושים בזה שהדרך הוא כמ"ש ושמרו דרך ה' לעשות צדקה ומשפט, ויחפץ דוקא, חפץ שהוא פנימיות הרצון, שמזה מובן שתלוי הענין בפנימיות הענינים, סתים דנשמתא וסתים דאורייתא, ובפרט בימים אלו, דאחת שאלתי וגו' בקשו פני את פניך ה' אבקש, ויהי רצון שעכ"פ עתה יתעסק בזה במרץ הדרוש ובאופן למלאות מה שלא נעשה עד עתה, והרי אוירא דארץ ישראל והתעוררות ימים אלה, מסייע.

It is most surprising that you do not mention anything regarding your activity in spreading the wellsprings in the Holy Land, may it be rebuilt and established, for I hope that for someone like yourself there is no need for a lengthy explanation of the verse, “From G‑d, a man’s steps are established, and He desires his way.” One of the explanations of this is that “the way” refers to, as it is written, “and they shall keep the way of G‑d, to do righteousness and justice,” and “He desires” specifically—meaning a desire that is the inner will. From this it is understood that the matter depends on the inner dimension of things, the hidden aspect of the soul and the hidden aspect of Torah, especially in these days of “One thing I ask… seek My face; Your face, L‑rd, I seek.” May it be G‑d’s will that at least now you will engage in this with the necessary energy, and in a manner that will fill what has not yet been accomplished until now, for the atmosphere of the Land of Israel and the awakening of these days assist in this.

P.S. Perhaps to bring up the matter of outreach in a more active manner, it would be worthwhile for him to connect with Tzeirei Aguch and suggest to them that he is willing to visit appropriate places, etc.
