ע"פ הנ"ל מבואר בהחלט שאין שום מקום להוצאות שאפשר להמנע מהם, ומהם הוצאות נסיעה האמורה, ואפילו באם היתה רק למשך איזה ימים או שבועות, שגם זה הוא היפך הפס"ד בנגלה וחסידות בפרט, ואם באמת יש לו משלו על הכרטיסים, הרי לכל לראש יתחיל בסילוק החובות האמורים. אפשר ג"כ שיכתוב לי, שהנסיעה מוכרחת בשביל מי שהוא מהמשפחה ועניני', ועונה אני על זה טרם ישאל, שאין זה אלא "תירוץ" נוסף על שאין זה מוכרח כלל גם להמשפחה כו'.
המורם בהאמור, שבמה שכותב אלי, שלכאורה יש לפרש זה שרוצה לדעת דעתי בזה, הרי ברורה היא, שימשיך עבודתו בקדש הפצת המעינות ועניניהם וחיזוק מוסדות כ"ק מו"Jח אדמו"ר ב... ולכשיבוא הזמן שתהי' עבודה מסודרת ובהרחבה לכשירחיב היציאה מהחובות וכו' אזי יתענין בנסיעה לכאן, והלואי שיקבל דברים אלו כמו שנאמרו, ז.א. בהעדר כוונות וכו' ורק בשביל הטוב לפניו ולפני ב"ב שי' באמת, אלא שביחד עם זה נוגע זה גם לענינים הכללים, והלואי שיבשר טוב בכל האמור ובקרוב.

When the time comes that your work will be organized and expanded—when you have left debt behind—then you may consider traveling here. May you accept these words as they are said—without any ulterior motives or intentions—and only for your true good and that of your family; yet at the same time, this also affects general matters.
