Given the importance of the matter, it is worthwhile to look into how and in what way the situation can be corrected and improved, for nothing stands in the way of willpower—especially since, deep down, the students themselves also desire this, as is explained in many places in Chassidus.

Regarding preparing talks for the gatherings of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad, one can use the talks and articles that have already appeared over several years—almost 300 issues from which one can draw rich material, especially when it is worked on and adapted a bit as much as possible according to the audience's capacity and understanding.

Since reading from inside, according to your letter, does not have the desired effect, and since this work is extremely important, it is certain that it can be accomplished; one just needs to try various ways until finding the right method to implement it.

Especially when considering the reward that Hashem gives for this: that one receives its fruits in this world and true nachas (which is chassidic nachas) from children.
