מאשר הנני קבלת מכתבו ממוצש"ק זאת חקת התורה
ובהיותי אתמול, י"ב תמוז על הציון של בעל השמחה הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע הזכרתיו מתאים לתוכן כתבו.
ויהי רצון שיומשך מיום זה לכל השנה גאולה מכל הענינים המבלבלים הן בגשם והן ברוח*, גאולה נראית גם לעיני בשר כמו שהי' בימים ההם בזמן הזה לפני ל"א שנה, גאולה רבנו נשיאנו ראש ישראל בימי י"ב וי"ג תמוז, וגופא בתר רישא אזיל.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I acknowledge receipt of your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Kodesh, Parshat Chukat HaTorah. Yesterday, on the 12th of Tammuz, while at the resting place of the one whose celebration this is—my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory—I mentioned you in accordance with the content of your letter.
May it be G‑d's will that this day serve you for the entire year as a time of redemption from all confusing matters, both material and spiritual—a redemption that is visible even to physical eyes, just as it was in those days at this time thirty-one years ago: the redemption of our Rebbe and leader of Israel on the days of 12 and 13 Tammuz. And indeed, the body follows the head.
